How do I create a Wedding or Gift Registry?
You are able to create a registry after you create a Shop to be Green account. Go to the My Account tab at the top of the page. It should look like this:
If you haven't registered before click on the Proceed to Registration button on the left. You must fill out all the red starred information.
After you have created an account you will be directed to the My Account page. On the right you will see Manage Shopping Lists. It should look like this:
Click on the blue Shopping Lists link.
Once there click on the blue Create a New List link.
First, you will be required to name your list (i.e. Wedding Registry or The Smith Wedding), add your first and last name (so that friends and family can find your registry), location (City & State), your event name on the drop down tab, the date of your event and finally whether you would like your registry to be public or private.
With a public view any one will be able to search for your registry. With a private view only those to whom you e-mail your registry link will be able to view your Shop to be Green registry. Plus you will receive a 10% unlimited completion discount. What is a completion discount? You will receive 10% on all items remaining (not purchased) in your registry as well as any items you choose to add up to 6 months after your event date.
To choose an item to add to your list (be sure that you are logged-in to your account) and then then click on the Add to ________ (name of your regsitry) link on the bottom right.
