Your satisfaction is our most important priority. If you would like to exchange or return an item, please return your items to Shop to be Green.
You must make your returns within 20 calendar days from the date you receive your order for a refund to be granted. Shop to be Green will refund you within 30 calendar days from the date we receive your return. We do not refund shipping charges. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 20 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note: we cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final-sale or special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Shop to be Green. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Bath & Body products must be in original packaging & packaging may not be used as the shipping box.
All furniture is made to order. Once your order is placed a customer service person will contact you with a production and delivery estimate. Manufactured to order items such as furniture, are non-cancelable once production begins.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 20-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Please use the original (or similar) box. For an exchange, list the item you would like to receive in exchange.
Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. If the item for exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All exchange requests must be received within 20 calendar days from the date your order was shipped. In the unlikely event that you received a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no postage and handling charge.

Items that are marked final sale can not be returned or exchanged. (NO EXCEPTIONS).
